First Stage - A tech challenge where you need to improve a website (They give you 3 choices). Second stage - The typical interview with two developers from the company, with questions that HR asks and some technical ones in between, was super calm, both interviewers were very friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time, I felt like I was in a conversation and not in an interview. I didn't pass the second stage(the final one) but I had a good experience with them and they gave me good feedback after that I can improve for the future.
