While the interview process began quickly, three days after I applied, it did take awhile to complete. I met with the hiring manager and subsequently met with two others that held the same title. I was asked back to meet the department dean and spent about 30 minutes with her and then spoke again with the hiring manager for another 45 minutes. There were not a lot of questions asked of me which should have been a red flag. The hiring manager told me some personal info about others which also should have been a red flag.
