I applied on the online application and was invited for a first interview a few weeks later and then a second approximately a week later. The interviews were conducted via skype at a time both parties agreed upon and were lengthy, but very comfortable. They felt less like an interview and more like a conversation which I enjoyed.

I had three video interviews and had to prepare a class and teach the interviewer about a specific topic of my choice. The first two interviewers were kind and respectful, but the third interviewer was quite rude and uninterested. It didn't seem like he wanted to be there. Maybe we just didn't click. It's hard to say...
