Horrible experience. I applied via ziprecruiter for a longterm/permanent Senior Graphic Designer position and a manager at Russell Tobin emailed me right away. Not to discuss that position, however, but to ask if I was interested in a short term temp job instead. I am not and politely told him so in my reply. He then immediately called me with his hard sell, trying to push me into pursuing this position that I had no interest in and would only hurt my family when it ended. I nicely told him no three times on the phone, he kept going and I finally just hung up. What a horrible person, not at all concerned for job candidates, only for serving his own selfish needs to fill a garbage position. Plus, apparently this company posts fake ads to lure in candidates. I have worked with all kinds of recruiters and this is the kind to avoid, shady and untrustworthy. I do not recommend them at all.
