Entrevista
I applied online, received an email from RSM requesting to schedule time for phone interview. After first interview, scheduled second interview with another DM from different market. All over the phone.
Typical phone interview then follow up interview with the hiring manager. Went over previous experience, sales coaching, recruitment and people leadership skills. Discussed the district and shared a lot about the company and how it began.

Spoke with 5 different leaders in the company, either Directors or District Managers, was then ghosted without being told no, even after following up with the original hiring manager. Not getting a job is fine, but be respectful of the people whose time you are wasting and just let them know the result.

Entrevista
First interview was with a Regional Sales Manager from a different region. Second interview was done with actual Regional Sales Manager. Both were conducted via phone. Never had a face-to-face interview.
