I was referred by a staffing agency and then interviewed by phone by client (my to-be employer). After the phone interview I was scheduled for face to face interviews with the department manager and a couple of the company's owners. The questions were mostly technical in nature (appropriately) and very specific to my work, with some open ended discussion about work ethic and my career ambitions. Lastly, I had to supply samples of my work (code) for review.
