There were 4 parts to the interview process. I initially did a phone screen with HR. A day or so later, I was invited to come to campus to interview with the person I would report to. I was told to prepare for a potential second interview that same day. Having a successful interview with the direct boss, I was asked to interview with the next level up leader.. After a day, I was asked to return and meet members of the faculty that the position would support.
