      Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Rush Street Interactive (Bogotá, Bogota) en abr 2025

      Entrevista

      1. Call with the recruiter (the recruiters are awesome) 2. A big technical block (~2 hours) that should take place with the hiring manager... In my case, the hiring manager said he was sick and left the call, so one of his Senior Engineers led the interview. It was not a good experience. The person was not prepared, didn't know what to ask, and his Frontend knowledge was not quite accurate (made some wrong corrections and was not open to discussion or learning). The conversation was not fluid or smooth. He was Colombian but decided to conduct the interview in English (his English was not good, so it was even harder to understand him). The process is not long, but it takes A LOT to move between stages. After the awful experience I had with the technical interview, I just decided to quit the process.
