The interview process at Rumango consisted of three rounds. The first was an online technical assessment focused on Java and Spring Boot concepts. The second was a virtual technical interview, where I was asked to explain real-time projects and solve a few coding problems. The final round was an HR discussion about salary expectations, notice period, and company culture. Overall, the process was smooth and professionally conducted.
