Terrible interviewer- poor questions- attempted to flip the interview into a pitch to use their services. Wouldn't recommend. Seeme's to be full of self absorbed people, with the typical agency mindset.

I was blown away by the diligence of the process overall and ease of application and interview, Adam Crossdale was my first interview and what a lovely guy, a credit to your company! Adam was very empathetic to the job market and shared helpful tips of some courses online as well as being very encouraging and friendly throughout, very quick to follow up on next steps and handled everything in the process with excellent communication. In todays market, this experience was one of very few 10/10 recruitment experiences so I wanted to send a note across as a fellow recruiter this deserves credit! I had a second round with Chloe and a third round with Chloe & James on the Energy team and I have to say, same thing again! Very approachable and friendly people and you can tell they would be great to work with. I was gutted to decline the offer but I had no other option unfortunately, thank you to all involved in the process as you made a positive impact on my overall belief in myself and my skills in a very tough market.
