I sat down with the hiring manager somewhere in the back. They offered me a drink. They asked me various questions about myself, my work history and asked me metaphorical what if questions. They asked me about my availability and various questions about past instances when I had struggles and how I overcame them. They hired me on the spot and asked me to come in the next day so I could fill out the paperwork.

Met with the GM and hired on the spot after quick interview, lasted less than 30 minutes and came in for orientation the following week. They ask a lot of HR related questions and tell you rules (corporate) that they expect you to follow.
Great interview super easy friendly good people to work for. Made sure to tell specifics of the job and do a thorough interview process with two different managers. Also a great place to work. They will help around your schedule and are overall nice people to work for. Very easy to work your way up.
