I applied online. It took about 2 days for the first manager to initially contact me to set up an interview that week. When I got there, it was very unorganized. I waited for over half an hour for this interview, and the restaurant was dead the entire time. I met with the hiring manager first, who asked a couple of questions. She then went to get the GM, which was at least 15 more minutes. Then the GM asked a couple of questions and said she would get back to me. They both seemed entirely uninterested the whole time. Nearly a month later, I got the call saying I got the job, which I accepted out of desperation even though the interview was strange. Ended up being the worst job of my life, and the interview should've warned me.
