Panel was very arrogant. The questions did not capture true skillsets , they were very specific with zero value. One member had his hat backwards and said two words during the entire interview. Another guy also had on a hat, and proceeded to use my resume as a coaster for his drink, which condensated all over my resume, which I find a bit disrespectful. He looked like he had never read my resume prior to the interview, and wanted to ask questions that just made himself feel better about himself. I almost walked out and ended the interview. Most unprofessional portion of an interview I've ever been in, and does not reflect positively on Rubrik.
