Phone screen, interview with controller, assessment, interview with finance/accounting team. Positive experience from beginning to end. The whole team was friendly, professional and made the process about as enjoyable as interviewing can be. The assessment was not difficult and covered basics of your responsibilities. In the end I was not extended an offer but did appreciate that they touched base to inform me of their decision along with feedback as to why.
