Interview selection is easy using the company calendly link. Its a zoom call, so no travel. Just 1 round of interviews with the CEO and a team member. I was impressed that the CEO himself did the interview. I was impressed that he cared enough to be so hands on in the hiring process. it felt very laid back and relaxed. its felt like i was talking to a friend at starbucks. very chill, very easy. low stress with instant decision on the spot after the conversation. no long waiting and no suspense on if i was selected
