Some online questions and tests including hazard perception, which were fine. Then an in person interview that was meant to be with the manager and another person but the manager never showed up - he was "on a call" the whole time. I initially thought that this probably meant he had already chosen an internal applicant for the job. The interview went really well however, and I received the impression that I stood a good chance of being hired. The interview was on a Thursday and I was notified on Monday that I had not got the job.
