Initial screening was pretty quick, confirmed a first interview within a few days of submission so I decided to travel for the interview, since both sr leaders were unable to accommodate a virtual meeting and insisted on an in-person interview. On the day of the interview on 11 Sep 2024, HR arrived 15-20 mins late and informed me that both sr leaders would not be attending. The interview was then conducted solely by herself. This experience has raised concerns about the organization's communication, time management, and overall professionalism. The lack of respect for a candidate's time and effort is troubling and reflects a significant lapse in organizational coordination. If this is indicative of the company's approach to senior-level interviews, it raises questions about how they prioritize candidate experience and treat their wider team. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. I hope they will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to improve their interview process.
