They will call you if interested to ask you to come to the office for an interview. The HR Manager will interview you and if you likes you, he will ask for a second interview and that most likely will be to let you know that he wants to hire you. Then he might just want you to fill out paperwork right then and there or he will ask you to come in another time to fill it out. Which includes a background check, and a credit check which I see no point in the credit check part, I felt like they were just being nosey.
