Entrevista
I applied using zip recruiter online by submitting my resume and cover letter. I then followed up with personal email to head chef attaching my resume and asking for an interview. I received a timely response and request for an in person interview that same week. I went to the catering offices and saw the facility and then had a one on one meeting with the Chef. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was very thorough. I learned about the company and the roles they were trying to fill. They do a strong wedding business and are needing help in house and at event sites. I was offered a contract event position.
