i Applied online on rclctrac.com on 2nd august 2015. and i got invitation for preliminary interview on 9th august 2015 and after a long time after 6 ,month i got a final interview call on 3rd January it held on 27th jan. i dont know happen on final interview. i wish it will be easy

The recruitment process here in Ecuador took me 6 months, I had to follow instructions given by a recruiter, I had to pay $250 for a previous course need: life on board, I had to manage to survive here in ecuador without a job,...I was rise up in a big hotel here in Ecuador I had worked since I was very young in my aunt's hotel, I had more than 13 years of experience,...The interviewer who didn't speak very well English told me she had been hired just 3 weeks after she applied, my experience as an Assistant waiter was before I had graduated from college 8 years ago...but I wasn't enough.
