It was cool they did not ask many things, the interview was very nice and a good listener I enjoyed every moment and looking forward to join Royal Caribbean team

At the start of the process and interviews, they are responsive and courteous. After that, they go completely unresponsive. It seems like common practice that Royal Caribbean's HR and hiring managers often ghosts candidates. It's very concerning that a corporation as large as this, has such shady hiring practices. After several rounds/months of interviews, they could at least acknowledge an email. It seems like many candidates have had similar experiences and with different teams. Perhaps it is time to rethink this "strategy" Royal.
