Caller told me that I would need to take a typing test (you need to type at least 35 words a minute) and would need to review the website for ability to find information using computer and Internet Explorer. HR person told me to go to 10fasttingers.com to practice and lo and behold that is the same website that they use for the typing test. Website test was very easy as well. After that you listen to a live sales call between an existing employee and real customers. and finally you have a conversation with another HR person. I was asked basic questions about why I wanted to work there and behaviourally scenario stuff. I thought the process was relaxed and friendly.
