An RC recruiter reached out about a month after I applied about a different position. Had a great interview with the recruiter followed by another great interview with the Hiring Manager. He mentioned that I was going to be meeting with one or more teammates as a final round. It really seemed like a perfect fit as I had been in the industry many years in very similar roles.
However, then I didn't hear back for weeks until I finally received an automated rejection email. I was hoping to understand better the reason, but I didn't receive any feedback, despite emailing the recruiter.

What is one thing you would being to help Royal Caribbean grown their customer base
The recruiter I worked with was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, after multiple interviews, one of my conversations was cancelled abruptly and I was informed another candidate had been selected. The interruption of the process was surprising since feedback from previous interviews was positive. While I understand the organization needs to hire the best fit for the role, this was the first time I experienced this kind of poor and confusing candidate experience.
