The interview process began with a phone call screen asking basic questions about availability and personality. At the end of the phone call I was called in for an interview with HR and the manager of the department. Once this interview was competed I was called 1 week later and offered to begin the position immediately. Overall the interviewing process was not difficult, the company is looking for committed individuals who enjoy working hard to meet the common goals of success with in the company structure.
