The Hr lady was incredibly nice, and very down to earth. I had to fill out a form, which I thought was weird since my resume has everything they asked for on the form. (Companies do this all the time!) After the form, I spoke with the Hr girl, and she was super nice. She told me about the company, and she really liked that I was organized. She told me that they like to see people grow within the company, and told me about other positions she could see me filling in the future. She mentioned that employees wear many caps, she was also the customer service manager. She had me take an assessment, it had very random questions. Such as “what is the name of the ocean near Australia”, or “what started world war 2”, it was very odd. There were also English and math questions as well. Afterwards, she showed me around and I do genuinely believe she liked me as a candidate. I probably failed the assessment since I’m awful at math! The only things I found weird about the company, was they only get a 40 minute break. Most companies do 45, to an hour break, so that was new to me. A few days later, I received an email saying they chose someone else, but will keep my resume on file. Here’s to hoping something will happen in the future!
