Throughout this interview process, I've felt both excited and a bit uncertain. I’m grateful for the opportunity to discuss my career path and my interest in the recruiter role, but at times, I felt unsure about my standing due to the pace of feedback. Clear and timely updates would have allowed me to better understand where I stand in the process and make any adjustments if needed.
