While I am grateful for the opportunity to participate in the process, the experience unfortunately left me feeling that the process could have been more respectful of candidates' time and effort. To start, the hiring manager seemed unsure about the number of steps involved (there were two additional steps and I was informed there will be one more only). Secondly, during what appeared to be the concluding stage, a member of the interview committee abruptly ended the conversation with, "I need to run, bye-bye." After dedicating over 10 hours to crafting detailed presentations, this response felt dismissive and undervalued the effort invested in preparing 2 cases studies. A simple acknowledgment, such as, "Thank you for sharing your work with us," would have gone a long way in demonstrating appreciation for the time and effort candidates contribute.

Probably the worst and most inconsiderate recruitment process I've been for a long time.
HR team irresponsive and honestly, seemingly incompetent on its tasks
The whole process was very long (even for UX standards), overly demanding, and borderline disrespectful of candidate's time.
I had 6 interviews, with around 8 different people, doing 3 different case studies, for finally being rejected with an empty template-like rejection email.
I asked for detailed feedback, I was told the hiring manager could attend a call to give it, but as my schedule did not fit her schedule, I never got the feedback I deserved. I even asked to be sent via e-mail, and that never happened.
Overall huge lack of consideration, respect and empathy to the candidate. Do not recommend.
