I initially interviewed with a Roux representative at a school career fair, and had a video interview with the office I was interested in a couple of weeks afterward. Everyone I interacted with at Roux was courteous, professional, and helpful in the application process. I was given a good idea of what the company is like, what the atmosphere of the office was like where I was applying, and some of the duties I would be performing if selected. I had a very positive interaction with Roux overall.
