There was a three stage interview process, where I met with the hiring manager. The first stage was to get a feel for how I might fit in with the team and workplace. I felt that I had the opportunity to get to know the person interviewing, the people that work there and the values of Route 101. The interviewer really put me at ease and was very forthcoming and helpful. The second stage was a round of competency based questions, where I was asked about my previous and current experience. I was also able to ask more questions of responsibilities, workloads and remote working. The final stage was to present some of my experience to the hiring manager and another member of the team. An offer was made very quickly and the experience was enjoyable.

A small phone call with a recruiter followed by some interviews with the company directly. The whole process was very smooth and there was no confusion on what the job was.
