Once you have applied, you might be given a call for an interview. After this you would be schedule for an interview with the general manager. He will ask typical interview questions as well as getting to know you. Strong focus on if u will get along with other team members.

Hires anybody 21 and over as supervisor must have basic common sense skills super easy and really slow paced during the week and the weekends get semi busy but nothing crazy

It was very easy. The General Manager just made sure I showed up and had all of my documents and actually started me right there and then. Hired me in less than 5 minutes. Then just filled out paperwork for about 30 min and I was done and started work.
