The recruitment and interview process was haphazard and left a generally poor impression. They choose to deploy a personality assessment at a very late stage. The interview was a confusing tour of the site being led by HR between different peoples offices for 15 minute discussions, all very rushed with no chance to settle and feel comfortable. The people were nice but to drop out at a late stage because test results were a few % off their ideal when the test could of been conducted months before just felt strange and I suspect I'll never know what really happened.
