With a competitive group of candidates it can be a challenge to find the right person for the role. In order to ensure we are advancing the most qualified candidates through the interview process, we use objective behavioral interview questions that relate to the core functions of the role. In an effort to avoid bias, we are intentional about keeping our interview questions consistent and role-focused. As for our attire, the organization is flexible enough to have a business-casual dress code. We understand this may be a big change for those coming from a strictly business attire environment.
