Phone interview first with a very nice HR woman who emailed me ten minutes after for an in person interview. The next interview was very short with a different woman who asked basically no questions, but rather read my resume to me. She didn't seem interested and made very little eye contact. Also mentioned that the position was very different from what was posted online, which really confused me. Overall very odd interview for a company that I have dreamed of working for for years. The interview sure changed my mind on that too.
