Standard interview questions are asked. I first met with the HR recruiter. I then met with the hiring manager and director. I also had a meeting with the VP. There are no surprises in this interview, and advise candidates to study up on traditional interviewing practices. Conservative office so wearing a suit attire is advised.

I was referred by a Manager I used to work for at a prior company. The interview process was unnecessarily long. It took me approximately 3 months in total from my first interview to getting an offer. I interviewed with 11 people. Out of those 11 interviews only 1 was HR. I understand they want the right fit, but 11 interviews are excessive.
