The interview process took one month. The interviews were set a week apart. Each interview lasted about 90 minutes. The final interview, I was not given the materials they wished to test me on to prepare in advance. Given 0 notice and a 1 hour time limit I completed the task they asked of me, and then never heard back from all three managers I interviewed with via zoom. The 3rd interview took over 3 hours with before test, test time, and defense of my work. A month of time scheduling and prep work for no follow up.
