Very long interview process-- took about 3 months and they were very vague as to when an answer would be reached. I didn't end up getting the job because all available jobs were being saved for college graduates and interns in order for the company to save money.

I went through and introduction interview, and was told that the main team lead was on vacation, but would go through formal interviews once they got back. I sent multiple emails in the coming month, even just to get an official NO. The job is still posted and I have never been contacted again.

The interview went ok but they never closed the loop with me/didn't tell me that they weren't going to proceed with me as a candidate. She asked me about the salary I wanted and seemed taken aback by what I asked for even though I don't think it was unreasonable.
