A few days after that, I received an invitation for an interview on campus. I interviewed with a store manager and district manager. 1. Tell me of a time when you had to make a decision with little or no information. 2. What has been the most challenging thing you have had to overcome? 3. How do you prioritize? 4.Tell me of a time when you were faced with a problem and how you dealt with it. 5. Tell me of a time when you had to persuade the audience. 6. Tell me of a time when you had a conflict with a classmate or co-worker and how you dealt with it.

Got the interview through university career center. 1st round interview was in my campus. There are two set of interviews back to back. First with a recruiter, the second one was with two current employees. It was all behavioral questions. 2nd round interview was in store. Also two sets of interview, one with another recruiter, one with the area supervisor. All behavioral questions too, but more extensive.
