I applied on line after I saw the advertisement, and 2 weeks later I was been interviewed by the group leaders, they asked me lots questions about my scientific background, I also gave a presentation. Afterwards, I was shown the lab and potential colleagues, They are very nice! One week later, I was informed to sign the contract.
