Quick and simple. I submitted my resume via a job posting board and got an email back from HR within a day or two asking when I could set up an interview, they were flexible with dates and times. The interview was quick and over in 15 minutes because my interviewer (my now former boss) had no real questions for me.

Had an intial scheduled phone call with recruiter. This was followed by an interview in the office with an opportunity to view around the office. Finally I had a scheduled virtual call with the supervisor online.
