Had a phone screening with HR on July 1. She was late to her own time slot that she suggested. After missing several of my calls she eventually got back to me. The interview itself went well, so she wanted to send my resume to the hiring manager and setup a interview. It is now July 26 and she never scheduled this apparent interview with the hiring manager. I just ended up being ghosted. I sent a follow up text and was just left me on read. Pretty awful way to treat someone. At least have the decency to say I didn’t get the job or the company moved on to another candidate. Shame on you Emma.
