I had a phone screening and received an email shortly after to go to an in person interview. It was a panel of three. It was cold and awkward. I felt like they already picked a candidate but was just going through the motions. It’s been over a week and I have not received a phone call or response to my emails. Safe to say I’ve been ghosted.
