I was contacted within days of applying and given a 30 minute standardized phone screening. Afterward I was sent two personality assessments to take on line. They were a bit tedious but standard to what I have seen before. Two days later I had an in person interview with two sales managers. Many of the questions they asked were generated from my assessments. I wish I would have known this in advance so I could have put more effort into the assessment. I was a bit surprised that neither sales manager knew what the pay was or how it was calculated when I asked. I was called and offered a job later that day by the recruiter who had done my phone screen. She was very knowledgeable and explained all about the pay plan, training and next steps. She sent me a background check and link to schedule my drug test. Both were back quickly and I started little more than a week after I applied. I have been here over a month and love my job.
