First step was a Google online interview with the recruiter who had brought the opportunity to my attention. Second step was an online interview with HR Third step was an online interview with the Director of Operations Fourth step was an online interview with the CEO, who said he would get back to me with a decision one way or another by the end of the week (interview was on Monday) Fifth step, being ghosted. The entire process took about 2 weeks from first interview, until the last interview (fairly quickly) but then I heard nothing for two weeks. Only after I emailed the recruiter twice within 3 days did I get a generic response that they decided to move forward with other candidates. Not very professional after the hours of my time that I gave up for them.
