The interview process consisted of four rounds and spanned nearly two weeks to complete. While the company and its hiring managers were excellent and professional, the offer was made two weeks after the interviews concluded, which was a significant factor in my decision not to accept it. During that time, I received a more competitive offer that provided better career growth opportunities. My advice to the company would be to streamline and expedite the hiring process to avoid such delays.
