I have worked for RR for a long time so I am sure the hiring and interview process has changed significantly. I found all contact to be professional and polite and all interactions seemed honest and fair. I did not negotiate salary however I did negotiate for additional vacation. I met with HR representative then several different managers. Atmosphere was fairly casual/comfortable.
