Very Helpful and polite throughout the full day, this was my first assessment centre experience and I feel it prepared me well for more in the future.

Tell me about a time when you were challenged with your team, and how did you overcome this?
The interview was tough, will ask 3-4 different scenarios and react on the spot, the tough part is getting to impress the interviewer. Do your prep, stay calm and just do without expectation i guess.

They set up a 30-minute call and asked behavioral questions, stating that they would write your answers and send them to a hiring manager. They did not have much information about the job itself as the person conducting the interview was mainly just a hiring interviewer.

First I submitted my application, completed the assessments, and then did a video interview. Both the tests and the interview were timed and I consider this added a lot of pressure.
