Asked to get there for 8 am, they kept us waiting for an hour in the lobby. Day started with three 1:1 interviews. Which included a presentation. Group exercise was to build a bridge, daunting with about 20 people just watching you. Didn't find interviewers welcoming.

Applied online on the RR careers website. I received an email from a recruiter inviting me to an interview. This was followed by an interview with two interviewers where questions included competency ones and technical/nuclear safety. The interview was conducted online. The recruitment team rang me to relay a job offer.
