Two main steps : 1. online assessment 2. Assessment center: presentation ( why you wanna work with the company, background,skills you have) , retake online assessments (verbal assessment), behavioral interview that lasted for approximately 45 min, technical interview for 1 hour, group work (we had to build planes and buy resources)
