Entrevista
Met the recruiters at my university's career fair. After introducing myself and speaking to the recruiter for 15 minutes I was invited to a mixer later that evening. After an hour at the mixer I departed and later received a phone call to interview with them on campus the following day. The interview was approximately 45 minutes long and consisted of mostly "what would you do if..." type questions following by open discussion.

Pregunta 1
How would you explain a free body diagram to a non-engineer?
Applied online in December. Was invited to an in-person interview in January. The overall process and communication were straightforward. There were 2 interviewers, both of them are engineers. The questions covered behaviour (why us, why this role) and technical (explain how you would design a component, what are the limitations of this design etc).

Behavioral round was quite off track to deal with, I couldn't get the right way to answer those questions. Technical round was easy.

Interview was good, asked all the standard questions and asked specific questions by my CV. The technical question was tricky but they were just looking for how you approved the problem rather than finding the correct answer.
