1st round: Online assessment test including quantitative and qualitative questions (rather difficult) Then three interviews. You only get the next interview if you are successful in the one before. The process took very very long (3 months), which is far too long.
The process consisted of one initial fit interview focusing on my motivation and background, followed by two case interviews with consultants. The cases were market sizing and profitability-related, both automotive, and the overall atmosphere was friendly
